Taboo Tattoos Magazine Locations – Fallout 4

The five Taboo Tattoos magazines unlock facial designs that can be applied by a reconstruction surgeon. The collection includes cheek, forehead and throat tattoos, but it does not add new facial scars.

After collecting an issue, visit the Mega Surgery Center in Diamond City or another facial reconstruction surgeon to apply the unlocked design.

Issue #1 — 13

Location: Mass Pike Tunnel

Unlocks: Four-leaf clover, wishbone and the number 13 on the cheekbone

How to get it

Enter the Mass Pike Tunnel from either side. The magazine is in the western section and can also be approached from the Boston Police Rationing Site.
Find the locked room on the south side of the tunnel.
Collect the magazine beside Detective Perry’s holotape.

Issue #2 — Anchor

Location: Thicket Excavations

Unlocks: Nautical anchor and stars on the forehead

How to get it

Go to the southern rim of Thicket Excavations.
Find the metal trailer closest to the excavation area, directly southwest of the water pump.
The magazine is inside the trailer.

Issue #3 — Eagle’s Nest

Location: Concord Civic Access

Unlocks: Cartoon eagle on the throat

How to get it

Enter Concord Civic Access through the broken street opening used by the deathclaw during When Freedom Calls.
Move through the tunnels to the scavenger’s sleeping area in the western section.
Collect the magazine near the green steamer trunk and exit stairs.
