Issue #1 – Fallon’s Department Store

Location: Fallon’s Department Store

How to get it: Found inside Fallon’s Department Store, on the upper floor. It’s in the octagonal room by the steamer trunk, near the roof exit.

Perk: Unlock the Megaton Hair (Female) hairstyle

Issue #2 – Charlestown Laundry 

Location: Charlestown Laundry

Howto get it: Found inside Charlestown Laundry. It’s in a shopping basket on top of one of the washing machines.

Perk: Unlocks the Hornet’s Nest (Female) and Anchorage (Male) hairstyles.
