Location: Boston Mayoral Shelter

How to get it

1. Enter Boston Mayoral Shelter and follow the path to the elevator.
2. Take the elevator down, then continue through the kitchen and living area to the staircase.
3. Go down the stairs and turn right into the bedroom.
4. Collect the magazine from the small table in the southwest corner.

Issue #2 — The Starlet Sniper

Location: Coast Guard Pier

Perk: Deal 5% extra damage with scoped weapons.

1. Enter the Coast Guard Pier building and find the basement staircase on the left.
2. Go downstairs to the first cell on the right.
3. Pick the Expert lock or use the terminal to unlock the cell.
4. Collect the magazine from the toilet inside.
