How to get it
Found inside the Boston Mayoral Shelter, in the lower-level bedroom. It’s on a small table in the southwest corner of the room.
Once inside the shelter follow the path to an elevator, and head down. You’ll pass through a kitchen and living area before reaching a staircase. At the bottom of the stairs, head right and you’ll find the magazine on a small table in the bedroom.

Issue #2 – The Starlet Sniper

Coast Guard Pier
Perk
Deal 5% extra damage with scoped weapons.
How to get it
Found inside the Coast Guard Pier, in the basement. It’s on the toilet inside a locked cell.
Enter the coast guard building and locate the staircase to the basement on the left side of the building. Head downstairs, and you’ll find the magazine sitting on the toilet inside the first cell on the right.

Found inside Dunwich Borers, at the bottom of the pit. It’s on the armor workbench.

How to get it: Found inside Hubris Comics, on the top floor. It’s in the “Star” restroom, on a table.
Perk: Deal 5% additional damage with the Alien Blaster.
Issue #5 – Pickman Gallery
Location: Pickman Gallery
How to get it: Found inside Pickman Gallery, in the final tunnel chamber where you meet Pickman. It’s on the floor, to the right of the steamer trunk.
Perk: Gain +5 Poison Resistance.
Issue #6 – Skylanes Flight 1981
Location: Skylanes Flight 1981
How to get it: Found inside Skylanes Flight 1981, on the toilet in the restroom.
Perk: Deal 5% extra damage against Mirelurks.
Issue #7 – Outpost Zimonja
Location: Outpost Zimonja
How to get it: Found at Outpost Zimonja, on the workbench.
Perk: Deal 5% extra damage at night.
Issue #8 – Vault 114
Location: Vault 114
How to get it: Found inside Vault 114, at the end of a corridor near the laundry room.
Perk: Gain +5 Action Points.
Issue #9 – Old North Church (Railroad HQ)

How to get it: Found inside the Railroad HQ beneath the Old North Church. It’s on a desk beside the control table.
Perk: Deal 5% extra damage with the Cryolator.

How to get it: Found inside Sentinel Site, at the bottom of a staircase. It’s on a desk beside a locked door.
Perk: Gain +5 radiation resistance.

How to get it: Found inside East Boston Preparatory School, on the top floor in the computer room.
Perk: RadAway heals 5% additional radiation damage.
Issue #12 – The Institute

Missable: Yes (depends on Institute access and quest progression)
How to get it: Found inside the Institute, in Holdren’s quarters. It’s on a table on the balcony.
Perk: Canine companions take 10% less damage.
Issue #13 – Crater of Atom

How to get it: Found at the Crater of Atom, on the top floor of the shack. It’s on a table.
Perk: Deal 5% extra damage against Ghouls.
Issue #14 – Trinity Church

How to get it: Found inside Trinity Church, on the lectern.
Perk: Deal 5% extra damage against Super Mutants.
